KARAHI

A speciality of Pakistani city Lahore. Stir fried in an iron wok with tomato, onion, capsicum and varieties of masala served in karahi.

JALFREZI

Cooked with onion, capsicum and fresh chillies in a thick sauce made of green masala and ground spices.

MASALA

This dish claims to be Britan’s most popular restaurant dish. We present our own exclusive cross cultural recipie of succulent tandoori in smooth masala.

BALTI

The dish is unique in its cooking method and presentation. This traditional dish originated from Kashmir and Pakistan. The dishes are very authentically prepared with natural spices and herbs, Balti is the cast iron dish.

TAWA

A tawa is a versatile piece of equipment with two handed metal pan. Food is cooked over a high heat in a tawa.Its cooked with onion, capsicum, tomato, a bit of yoghurt, a touch of tandoori paste & ground spices.

DHANSAAK

This is a traditional Parsi dish. Dhansaak is composed of words ‘dhan’ meaning rice and ‘saak’ meaning lentils’. It can also be cooked with varied major ingredients. It can be mild, medium or hot with a spark of sweet & sour, served with rice.
